Minato is faster than naruto (proof)

There reaction speed is the same, or at least we can assume that (both dodged raikage) they also stated the raikages reaction speed is on par with minatos. So all three have the same reaction speed.

Now then, this is why Minatos FTG is faster than Narutos speed. Its teleportation (instant)
If you recorded them moving at their fastest than slowed it down to 1000000000000000 of a second you would see Naruto running, but Minato would still just vanish in thin air.

Agreed. Minato's FTG is instantaneous as it is Jikūkan. Naruto just uses BF while cloaked with Kurama's chakra.
