those were just reular 3 tomoe sharingan he probably got from the dead uchiha but shisuis genjutsu is the strongest and its a ms teq tht is cast and you wouldnt realize it

once you cast it you lose sight for a decade. we dont know if Danzo has used it before, he does have senju dna but so did obito when he used izanagi and he discarded that eye.

Danzo did use Shisui's eyes at the Kage Summit, that was why he was unable to use it at the beginning of his fight with Sasuke coz it needed to be recharged. And Izanagi is different from Kotoamatsukami as any Sharingan can cast Izanagi (with the user losing his eye sight), but only Shisui's eyes can cast Kotoamatsukami.
