Baku is the largest summoning in the Naruto World, after Shinsusenju of course. Baku is larger than the Gedo Mazo and the Perfect Susano'o along with Gambunta, Manda, Hydra etc. I will be explaining this in the following paragraphs!
From that scan you can see that Gambunta and Manda are nearly identical in size - Manda being a snake is longer and Gambunta being a toad makes him bigger but in a overall sense, they're equals. Now it is safe to assume that the Hydra is larger than the Manda, as it has been repeatedly stated by the Manda himself that the Hydra is a larger more destructive foe.
Here you can see that the Hydra dwarfs Itachi's Susano'o which has been reputed to be one of the latter forms of the Perfect Susanoo. The Hydra Drawfs the almost perfect Susano'o. However there is Baku who dwarfs a larger Susano'o than Itachi's.
The Susano'o is tiny! Baku is way larger and it also makes Sasuke and Karin near atomically level compared to the Baku. Even Madaras Susanoo didn't dwarf them to this extent.
Gedo Mazo rivals the PS size and the PS is on par with Kurama and since Baku > PS, then Baku > Kurama. This puts Baku at the top of the list in terms of size until we saw the legendary summon from Hashirama.
From the current knowledge that we have, Shinsusenju is easily the largest summoning, then Baku then Kurama, PS Gedo Mazo etc.*_*
