If you were a doctor and your advisor (boss idk) told you you had to save the life of a man that promised to fund the hospital millions of dollars (but hasnt put pen to paper. and an innocent young boy is dragged in to the er who has bullet wounds in the head and hasnt had the chance to live. You are the only one who can save either of them. the boy was brought in first. who would you save


Its important to note the money wouldnt last a year and the man hasnt put pen to paper

Than it's easy, I would choose the boy. You either survive heart attack or you don't. It depends on the strength of the patients organism more than any treatment.
