Kisame could win if uses his wide water jutsu, the one he used against Killer Bee. Ametarasu definitely won't work inside water and the advantage goes to Kisame.

this is an interesting match up... I go with kisame.

Kisame is able to absorb chakra but sasuke's lightning nature is able to counter kisame's shark jutsu... I don't know if water dome will work, but if it does (shouldn't) fight is over.

Sasuke has Enton, and chidori to fight with.
Kisame is able to absorb chakra (susano'o. enton(if not then sasuke wins), chidori spears... etc.) and use large scale water attacks

when did i restrict any move? I just listed the major point for them
Sasuke - his enton(amaterasu/blaze release) and chidori(lightning to fight kisame's water).
Kisame - Chakra absorption and water jutsu (shark bullets, creating a large river, water dome).

It's already known that if amaterasu works, and kisame can't get rid of it, sasuke wins... pointed that out...

Also, Kisame has knowledge on Sasuke's MS since he was Itachi's partner and can simply spam clones.

While using his Water Prison Shark Dance Technique, he could take full advantage of that ability by drowning his opponents while remaining unharmed. In this form he can sense other people's chakra, and absorb it just by touching the foe with any part of his body.

While Kisame might not be as fast as A, he kept up with Bee in his base form.

Also, as I said, Kisame has intel on the Sharingan and has clones.

Furthermore, Samehada/Kisame ( since he can also do it ) may be able to absorb Amaterasu. It may be black fire, but it's still chakra.

Same problem with J man and SM Naruto, even if he can sense it he can't dodge it.

That doesn't change the fact that Kisame will sense the jutsu coming. If he can't physically dodge it he can simply use a clone.
