I'm assuming they are both, since they are leading the government. I guess they are prob. the "last resort" if there was a war to break out with the Yonko and government (maybe even with dragon? idk).

Theres no evidence to what there strength is except they dont deal with the yonkos so they are probly weaker

Pretty interesting. I think they coincide with the D's. Because there's only been 5 families who share the "D" and there are 5 elder stars. Also, I think the Ghandi looking guy will be Zoro's EoS opponent.

I reckon that their not strong but not Yonkou Level. I also reckon their abilities involve the CP9's techniques like Soru, Tekkai, Ryanyokku, Shigan , Ryuugan , etc.

What if he's realted to Zoro.xd that would be a twist, but I agree with you, he will probably fight Zoro in EoS.

I think that they are in fact strong but like Edward Newgate just lost some with age. They might be strong but are the very last resort to fight in battle. Almost every last marine would have to have fallen while pirates where running a muck still for them to come down.

The three cursed swords. Zolo has the weakest one (Sandai Kitetsu) and there are 2 more. A sword on par with Shisui and Wado which is known as Nindai Kitetsu and the strongest Kitetsu which is in the same league as Hawky's sword (supreme grade), known as the Shodai Kitetsu.

What's the difference between the two?
