Very good work, just keep practicing, and practice ur circle shapes, so you can get more even shapes with the eyes, and the head.

Good work, you might want to consider how you use your line work especially in Obito; you want your line work to describe form not just shade. Just keep at it man

If you plan on continuing with ink pens, practice lighter and smoother linework. Right now it looks like you've sketched with pen rather than pencil. Oh btw don't get me wrong, this looks pretty cool, the composition is nice, but your heads needs a bit of work. Like someone suggested, practice circles. Well, really practice anatomy over and over again. It'll really help!
