Well technically speaking it is much more simple if compared to naruto. I am a huge deebz fan but most fights are won by who can become the strongest. Very little strategy is involved. (All I can think of is the instant transmission kamehameha....which would have worked against anyone but cell and buu)

instant transmission
after images
solar flares
fuse
regeneration
transform
sense enemies
stop time (guldo)
magic/mind control...

but most importantly they can bust a mother f*cking planet
