This following question of mine is related to the turning of black hair into white. My cousin's hair started turning white around the age of 14,he's is now 16 and going to be 17 in a few months. He oils his hair daily with coconut oil,in hope that it will turn his hair back to black or at least stop the rate at which it is going. Now nearly 25% of his hair has turned white, which are evenly spreaded but most of the white hairs are on the top of his forehead.

He has been going in a depression ever since the age of 13,due to family related problems and his grades have also deceased considerably .I mean he used to be so good in his studies that he didn't even used to study at all,for weeks at a time, but he used to spend the entire day before the exam studying and he was able to aquire an A+ grade. But now he has lost the courage, passion, and has become lazy when it comes to studying.

My aunt says that, his brain has become quite weak due to malnutrition(diet) and that he doesn't eat proper. His head hurts(headaches) at some specific parts ,where there are quite a few white hairs. He doesn't know what to do about this.So what can solve this problem?

Can white hair turn back black? What is your advice on this subject?

Alright so lets say i kind of ****ed up high school. Just didnt really pay much attention to the actual school part of it until late, that kind of thing. I am actually quite intelligent, its just my study habits and lack of effort really ****ed me over. Anyways, how realistic would you say it is for me to travel to a different state, get a job, enroll in a community college, rent with a few other college kids to balance out payments, and then transfer to a state school after two years? All without the financial support of parents.

There are a number of things that could be causing your cousin's hair to become white at an early age. Stress and malnutrition are definite possibilities. Vitamin B deficiency could explain it, but it could be rooted in one of several diseases. These include auto-immune disorders, vitiligo, and others. Given your brothers symptoms (hair whitening, fatigue, depression, etc.), he may have a condition called . However, I am not a trained physician, so don't jump to any conclusions based on my diagnosis.

The solution to the problem, and my advice, is to get your cousin to a doctor and have him checked out. It may be nothing. Some peoples' hair just turns white earlier than others, and his behavioral symptoms may just be a red herring. However, if it is a more serious medical condition, you want to find out asap.

As to whether his hair turns back, that depends on whether this is a congenital disorder or an issue of malnutrition. If he isn't eating right, reversing that trend may return his hair color. If it's a disease, the effects may be permanent.

Yes or no?

Yes, because you never say no to panda.

It's very realistic. Most community colleges are pretty accepting of students in your situation. I have several friends that did the same thing. The only thing that might throw a wrench in your plans is job availability in the town hosting your college. Wherever you decide to go, consult your college's financial aid office to check out any scholarships and you might qualify for based on previous performance, your demographic information, or various other things. Also, if you prove yourself after your first year, you may open yourself up to more merit based funding.

Yes, I think the meaning of life is to learn, improve oneself, and, in doing so, improve the lives of those around you and humanity as a whole.

Thanks!

For me I think that the meaning of life is dying, because without dying life would just be completely and utterly pointless. Do you believe there is any truth in that?

Oh and thanks for the previous answer ;) I was at a friends house and Miley Cyrus came on ~_~

I think that death is an important facet of life, but it, in and of itself, is not the meaning of life.

Unless it came on over the radio, that friend has bad taste in music.

Which species of animal could completely disappear tomorrow and have no or little detrimental effect on the ecosystem?

It would have to be something that is already near extinction, and is therefore not strongly integrated in the ecosystem already. One example would be the Kakapo. There are only 126 left in the world, and they aren't a critical food source, nor does it play a drastic role in controlling the growth of the plants that it eats. It is cute though.
