Ok guys, I just want to state how strong A really is. He could be top ten. Now most of this is going of what he SHOULD be able to do.
Stamina: He is only one of two ninja to ever be stated to have bijuu level chakras. On top of this, he doesn't use chakra consuming techniques. What I mean by this is that his jutsu don't take nearly as much chakra as susanoo or something like that. A would outlast almost any one he faced excluding maybe the jinchuriki, Kisame, Bee, and Naruto.
Strength: A has immense strength. So far only Tsuande has shown to have more strength than himself. Naruto even stated that if he took a direct punch he might've been done for. This being said, it only takes one punch to kill someone.
Speed: He is the only ninja so far to be stated with reaction speeds that were on par with Minato. He also stated he is the fastest ninja sense Minato died. Amaterasu was stated to be undogable, yet A dodged it. He is the only character who has shown to dodge this jutsu. A should never be hit by any jutsu in battle. The Mangekyo Sharingan also couldn't keep up with him, he even hit Madara who was able to block Naruto. He should be able to one hit almost anyone before they can react.
Lightning Armor: If A is somehow hit then he has lightning armor to protect him. So far only piercing attacks have been shown to hurt him, yet Chidori only scratched him. You would need a move that destroys on a molecular level to harm him, or a piercing attack that's on a whole other level than Chidori. Amaterasu would work to.
Conclusion: A can dodge anything besides Minato. He can one hit anyone with a direct hit. If he is hit it would have to be by one of these jutsu to hurt him(Kirin, Amaterasu, Tbb, Hell Finger Stab, Rasenshuriken) he also outlast almost any ninja. He also one hits anyone before they react except for(Naruto, Minato)
