Question about Naruto Anime + Kishi:

Now, I just watch the anime and am not familiar with the manga. Does Kisihi have any say in what goes into the anime or is the the producers of the anime on a strict leash? If not, is there much different between the events that happened in both series?

He also assists with animating the main story and coordinating the timing of dialogue, I believe. If anything, the second one. I would think he wants the unfolding of the anime to be on par with how he envisioned the manga.
