Why do most of characters act so weird in Fillers? Like when Naruto had that crazy face, or when he tied sakura with a red string and called it red string of destiny or when Hinata ran circles around nothing, and best of all, Kakashi looking like a transvestite at 17:44

They're the perfect projects to throw fledgling staff-members/teams at, mostly because if it doesn't go well it's not a complete disaster. Not saying that's how they actually do it, but it's an idea.
