Subject to reasonable critics. I placed some characters together because their strength cannot really be differentiated since we just saw them. Kabuto isn't here cos his was borrowed powers which didn't last long. Hiruzen is ranked here according to how he is when young, Minato didnt surpass him yet(if only he had lived a little longer). EMS Sasuke isnt up to Itachi yet.

3. Obito (rinnegan+6 Biju) or (ms+Kurama), he can't control both due to taking two sharigan eyes and complete focus to control a biju of Kurama's level

4. Nagato (prime) (was so strong it took three ninja from the top ten list to beat him)

5. Naruto (bm) (More strength then Nagato, but can only use bm for a limited time)

6. Kabutomaru (not counting edos)

7. Sasuke ems (with or without cs2)

8. Minato (super speed, held off Ms obito+kurama)

9. Killer B (8tails=obnoxiously strong)

10. Itachi (healthy, but has his regular chakra reserves)

Oro with his arms and wood style might be tied with Itachi

And Obito in his prime has 6 Bijuu, the Mazo, Mokuton, Kamui, and Rinnegan. That beats Madara.

I see what you are saying, but kabuto in my opinion has not proven himself to be a good ninja in my opinion. Good character and a solid villain, But it is hard to recognize kabuto for powers that just are not his. True he was in control of that power but because it was not his he lost it very easily. The reason he cannot leave izanami in the first place is because he cannot except the fact his powers are not his own. he was also defeated rather easily aswell. with that said its hard to put him high on top 10s when he loses that easily without edos

Pretty good up until Nagato. DSM Kabuto is after him. Then your list gets messed up.

I'm not really Sasuke's greatest fan and I'll admit he's stronger than Bee also your overrating Muu, 2nd Mizukage and the 3rd Raikage I'm guessing your basing them in their edo forms Prime Hiruzen is stronger than the 3 of them.

I wouldn't put Tobirama there either he's shown no feats really.

This list is pretty good. Buuut sasuke is not stronger than nagato. If say swap Nagato up and put sasuke even with the minato/itachi trio

There is no way he would be able to control all of them with the rods.. He was barely able to control one

Obito gets the chakra to control them from the gedo statue, do you read nothing from the manga? He can control them and being edo makes no difference (other than them being immortal). He would just be restricted from using other rinnegan abilities, as stated by manga

He was fighting them simultaneously, and against 2 jinjuuriki and 2 shinobi who can apparently go toe to toe with bijuu (kakashi/gai). And i said he was confident, that doesnt mean that his chances were good. He already stated that he wanted to use the kage as hostages, thats because he needed some sort of leverage
