.........imagine the look on their faces when they see naruto in bijuu chakra mode and how hashirama would react when he sees that this time the kyubi is being used against madara cause it's sealed in naruto who is now best friends with the 9 tails and not only the 9 tails but also the other bijuu and knows their names,also imagine the look on the 3rd hokages face when he sees how much naruto's changed from being a prankster who everybody ostricised to being in control and working together with the 9 tails to save the shinobi world and minato would be really proud of his son and sasuke and orochimaru will be like WTF.

It's not been directly said that they're friends. But I'd say that's it's pretty obvious that they are. When they fist-bumped for the first time in order to meld their chakras, as Killer-Bee demonstrated, they're able to pretty much read the other one's heart. Why do you think they both smiled during that event?

Also, Kurama has been supporting and praising Naruto during the war. Even speaking on Naruto's behalf

he is naruto's friend even though he never openly stated it yet,and is playing the tough i dont care act, you can tell how they both smiled when kurama and naruto melded chakara together....then he keeps having the flashbacks back to when naruto was a kid and to the part when naruto said "i would like to put a end to your hate too" and he keeps on encouraging naruto to be strong during most of the fight saying if that he is the only one who can pull it off.....would you do that with some one who you are not friends with?

Anyway back to topic, imagine the look on Minato's face when he finds out that the masked man is his former student - Obito. Can't wait to see his reaction! Also if I remembered correctly, Orochimaru told Suigetsu that he has no interest in this war, yet he summoned the four Hokages. I wonder what he will do with them later on. The first will most likely break through the reanimation jutsu, and will probably do a re-match with Madara.
