Kisame is unbeatable if he...

He's fighting on water, Put up water dome, fuse with samehada,does his 1000 sharks jutsu, make 99+ water clones, have 9+ clone go out side water dome and prep great shark missles.

Now I know it sounds like a lot but Kisame surely has the chakra to do it. 30% of his chakra was compared to Narutos and the amout to time to do all the above isn't long. Just Waterdome with fusion Kisame and fusion clones seem unbeatable already. If Kisame spammed clones like Naruto I really don't think aynecould beat him. Just think about his potential an possiblities the guy is overpowered.

Maybe to mch is unknown about him but but you still have to remember water is ninjutsu and has chakra it can be absorbed. He has no known counters to great shark missle either.

You think he's top 10 because of an hypothetical scenario that doesn't apply if he's 'In Character', which means in a battle he would never do that. Why on earth would he use everything he has out of nowhere??? That would be almost as reckless as letting himself be hit by the enemy because he wasn't feeling like moving. If the target survived the attack it would have seen it and it wouldn't be effective again. That's overrating Kisame, "every jutsu has a weakness".
Also, do you think while Kisame is doing all that the other shinobi is just going to stand there and watch?!

How? healing is useless? fusion mode is useless? even if sameada wa nouse Guy is Guy he weilds the 8 gates and tijutsu only. you can't compare a puppet user or ninjutsu user to it.

Hashirama in forest would dominate

Gaara is very powerful in a desert he has be beaten before in one. my point is if Kisame makes clones while doing water dome shark dance he is probably unbeatable

As outlandish as it is, I think I may actually agree with you. Under those conditions Kisame wins. Tobirama may be called the best water style user in terms of brute force but Kisame knows how to use water style in many different ways.

Thats false he doesn't have to be IN water to use fusion mode or any of that. If someone is busy trying to get the water out Kisame ahis clone could blitz the person or shoot shark missles
