Mei could put up a fight I guess but Shizune literally brings nothing to the fight, i'm pretty sure poison will have no effect on Hidan. It could still probably paralyse him or something but poison needles that lead to death like Shizune's can't do anything to the guy.

Mei soloes. Shizune won't be of use since her poison gas only kills, doesn't paralyse.
