if you want to compare two characters,never take any power from them,because that's unfair,you took kurama from naruto,while
naruto wasted three years with jiraya trying to control his power,and sasuke spent that time to learn new jutsus.

naruto's speednly possible counter for amaterasu.
amaterasu:stop naruto from using high scale bijuu dama(which can be used only in full bijuu mode,and that makes him an easy target for it).
also another notice:sasuke does not have tsukuyomi.he has a powerful genjutsu in MS but it's not tsukuyomi.his left eye ability is amaterasu,and his right eye ability is blaze release.never used tsukiyomi not even once.

Well since you brought up Pain, Naruto didn't defeat him. Had Nagato not had to fight and destroy Konoha before then he would have won. Heck he did win but since Naruto had Hinata and Kyuubi get in the way, plot saved him. Pain > Sage Mode Naruto at the time of thr Invasion. Funny how you keep using the term fanboy as if you're trying to offend me. Without co-op with Kurama, how would Naruto get out of Tsukuyomi? Without Kurama, how would Naruto dodge Amaterasu or Susano'o Arrows? How would Naruto stop Kirin? Without Kurama co-op, Sasuke > Naruto...

When I say no Kyuubi, I mean that he doesn't have BM Mode. But good mini analysis.

Plot reasons Naruto wins, but on a honest level if Sasuke fights like he did vs Danzo he'd outwit Naruto. He knows he can't beat him in a battle of stamina b/c Naruto is a freak in that department.
