Yin-black,cold,darkness,spiritual,and the moon etc.
The elder son inherited the eyes,poweful chakra,and spiritual energies(yin chakra)

In the Chapter A Clan Possessed by Evil Tobirama said a special chakra sprouts in their brain effecting their eyes

When Sasuke used his susano'o Atsui said that Sasuke's chakra was the same as when he used genjutsu

if you look at the Elder son's eyes he has what appears to look like sage mode and horns

Kabuto got horns when he entered snake sage mode and at the bottom of the panel it says Kabuto has turned on the most evil sage mode

At the Valley of the End when Sasuke awakened his 3-tomoe sharingan he thinks to himself
His movements i couldn't see them before. My body is it the same as it was when influenced by the cursed seal?

So could The Elder son's eyes be an ems+sage mode?
Does The Elder son's eyes look like a swirl because it's the first mutation of the rinnegan without life-force and yang chakra?
The swirl could represent mind control maybe.

I don't see any horns or anything saying to me "sage mode" with his appearance.

However everything else has basically been said, assumed, or known. But I will agree partially.

I think his eyes look a lot like the Uzumaki clan's crest, which may or may not have any relevance at all. And maybe someone can expand on that if they want, but its really my own observation. XD

the more naruto gets kurama's yang chakra the more he looks like the younger son(body)

considering the Sage of six paths gave his eyes to the older son and will to his younger (most likely on his death bead he used creation of all things and split these powers into two beings) Sharingan imo will never look like that again

Why do you think EMS+Sage Mode = Spiral looking type of Rinnegan ?

If Anything, the Spiral looking Rinnegan should be the result between Rinnegan+ Sage mode. Also, I don't see the horns on the Uchiha clan ancestor.

in the chapter a new power is when naruto gets the rest of it making him resemble the body more
how could have the sage had that seal then before he fought the juubi?it requires a lot of yang chakra
i dont even think the juubi's eyes are a rinnegan, madara already has a rinnegan he's not going to get another pair
and the sage used chibaku tensei after he split the juubi's body apart
