He dresses in ragged black robes, and in times of war, he is outfitted with a silver helm over the hood of his robes which blackens his face so that no one can see it without removing the hood. Completely covering his arms to show no skin are metal gauntlets, vambraces and rerebraces which are quite demonic looking as they are spiked and hellish. and also on his feet he wears metal greaves.
Personality
The Witch-King is a corrupted man who was made to kill a squad of friends he swore to never let die and protect, so he has no real feelings anymore. He is cunning and powerful, though, and a little vain (if you thought you couldn't die, you'd be a little vain too).
He is dark and will sacrifice anyone for what he wants, he is someone who gets things down and you don't want to toy with him either as he will kill you for mocking, insulting or annoying him. He does not regret either, if he does something wrong like ending the world, he wouldn't care and be over it straight away, he does not fear anything and will fight against anyone if it means proving a point or just for the heck of it.

Background Info
The Witch king was born and raised in Kirigakure, he was born into a shinobi family and started training straight away, his father being a master in Fire and Lightning; his mother being a master in Kenjutsu. He joined the ranks of the kirigakure shinobi with his own squad and got through many missions successfully. He then come to be known as a great ninja and then went on to teaching his own three man cell, they also grew up to be great ninjas too. Afterwards, he rejoined his squad on the battlefield, again successfully completing their missions accept for one.
He murdered his squad; after bumping into a powerful enemy alone, he was corrupted by him. Sauron. He left kirigakure to join Sauron as a rogue ninja, with eight other corrupted ninja which he led. They were named the Nazgûl, or Ringwraiths by some. They attacked the Land of Iron, slaughtering many Samurai in the process, this is when the Witch-King acquired his trusty blade. The Nine flee'd from the Land of Iron back to their hideout in the Land of Blood. There they plot and ready themselves to take on the Ninja World.

When entering a battle, his primary weapon is a mighty broad sword. This ancient weapon was created in the dark forges of the Land of Iron, a blade that suited the Witch-king well. Whether he was out searching for the enemies, or battling the forces of Shinobi and Samurai in the Ninja Wars, the Witch-king used this weapon to dispatch and cut down his enemies easily and effortlessly.

The Witch-King uses a flail and uses it too easily take down multiple enemies with one foul swing. It is quite heavy, though the witch king makes it look easy to use.
