What is fire?
Fire release or Katon is one of the five basic elements. It is created by heating the built up chakra in the users gut and exhaling it through the lungs and mouth. Fire release is usually used for offensive techniques that can range from short to long. Fire can be used in conjunction with other elements creating a Kekkei genkai such as lava release, which is created by mixing the chakra's of earth and fire. Another Kekkei genkai would be Boil release which is created by mixing the chakra's of water and fire. Fire release is used in the kekkei tōta Dust release, which is created by mixing the chakra's of wind, earth and fire.
Fire release is mainly used by the Uchiha clan. The strongest fire jutsu would be amaterasu.
What is it strong to? What is it Weak to?
Fire release is strong against wind due to the fact that the wind acts as a fuel to the fire.
Fire release is weak against water due to the fact that the water smothers and cools the fire down, preventing the fire from accessing the three things it needs to work.

Hiruzen begins by gathering a large amount of his chakra in his stomach. Once he gathers enough, he heats this chakra up while maintaining it under control. He flows more and more chakra into his stomach thus becoming read for the next instructions.

Hearing the latest instructions, Hiruzen channels the heated up chakra from his stomach into his lungs, where he shoots out a orb of fire. Hiruzen uses shape manipulation to shape the orb of fire into one single bullet of fire that heads off into the direction of the ninja who appeared from nowhere.

Alright, don't stop! Little shots of fire keep it going at him.
Hiruzen while firing the small balls of fire, takes out a set of shuriken and throws them at the intruder. He then fires the small balls of fire onto each shuriken, engulfing the metal. The shuriken travel towards him with the fireball, increasing its killing potential.
After hearing to finish him off. Hiruzen increase the amount of chakra put into each fireball increasing its power and size. He bombards the stalker with fire burning him and resulting in his death.

Now I want you to form the hand seals, Snake → Ram → Monkey → Tiger over and over till you memorized them while focusing your fire chakra, then release a flammable gas form your lungs. Afterwards, take this lighter, and spark the flames. Burning Josh's whole body into ashes.
