Even though I don't quite like sasori I agree.
And I have huge respect for deidara.
There was no way sasuke could escape that explosion with such low chakra reserves. Plot-Kill (Thought the day would never come ;( )

A little off topic, but I couldn't help but notice your sig. Hidan's intelligence isn't unmatched, just pointing that out.

Hidan was a strong character, basically due to his inability to die. Though him being immortal is somewhat incorrect, since RDS should actually do the trick. Basically any sealing jutsu would end him.

Though I agree that beating him is tricky. Many people without intell will have a hard time battling him.

But just like Sasori, and any other Shinobi that should've been a lot stronger, he was killed due to plot. And I doubt we'll see him again, because he wasn't such a big part of the plot in the first place. Though I can't say that with 100% certainty, you never know what Kishi has planned.
