Mugen, After being bored with the endless rain in his village, finally leaves for a trip. He was getting sick under the rain. As he is walking, soon he reaches an open field, sunny and bright. He continues to walk forward through the grassy field. he wasn't paying much attention on the path, That is the reason he didn't notice the person standing a several meter ahead of him sooner (mid range). Mugen quickly observes that person and that was enough to change his facial expression into a much serious look. He directly looks at the stranger's eyes and asks with a heavy tone, "Aren't you wandering a bit too far from your village shinobi?"

"So you're one of the akatsuki scams. Never really liked that hideous organization at the first place. It's only nagato that we follow not any other of you. You outsider, Don't even dare speak as if you own the village." saying this, Mugen's eyes turns bloody red as he activates his sharingan(1t), showing his hatred towards the akatsuki members. "It's time someone shows you your place, outsider". While saying this, Mugen gives off his pure killing intention. He is already aware that with such a powerful opponent it won't have much effect.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.

Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty

Description: Killing Intent pertains to the ability of the user giving off their pure killing intention and having it affect their opponent and others around them up to the point of paralyzing them. When the Killing Intent is particularly strong, it can even give the victim visions of their own gruesome death, nausea, pain, etc. This can cause the Killing Intent to be confused with a genjutsu, despite not being a genjutsu at all; simply a showcase of intention and power. The target will feel as if facing an overwhelming enemy and, even if not a sensor, will suddenly feel the pressure of the users chakra and its magnitude, making the effect that much more dramatic. To effectively be used, the user needs to focus on his target and concentrate on the killing intent towards it, meaning that one must see the target and be focused on it. The strength of the Killing Intent is dependent on many factors and go through several levels. If a difference in rank smaller than 2 ranks exist, the enemy will feel only the pressure and the ominous presence of their dark intentions. Its enough to lose your grasp on a weapon or stay clinched to it (depending on the situation) or even to hesitate in an attack, stumble or mess up a handseal, all depending on the situation and proximity. The effect is small and normally not that significant but can be effectively used to pressure enemies into making a mistake. If a difference of 2 ranks or more exist, the enemy will be frozen, almost unable to move as the overwhelming killing intent dominates their own conscious and riddles them with nightmarish versions of death. The paralyzation gradually weakens as time passes and can only be maintained while the user is focused on the target. The further away the target, the weaker it is and it can only fully paralyze a target within short range. Similarly, the more targets one focuses on, the weaker the effect is in each one (divinding the effects equally between the number of targets). Lastly, the stronger the user is in relation to the target, the stronger the effect will be. The target can counter Killing Intent directed at it through pain, "mind cleansing" techniques or their own Killing Intent.

As the man starts spouting more nonsense the flicker of crimson appears in his eyes,knowing this to be the sharingan i make sure to avoid contact,for an unesscary genjutsu would be troublesome,as i advert my gaze i speak one final timeIm here for only one reason,as you know the rest of us dont come to this rain drenched city,but nagato is gone,and he asked someone to watch over his pets,as i was tasked with the job,and no i have some soggy rat holding up my advance,i guess you die"With that my eyes open up wide and a long,psycho grin crosses my face,as this happens you let off your killing intent,feeling a slight tinge i think to myself"Heh,killing intent,this kids cute,using such a pitiful technique on an akatsuki"With that my right arm exits my long sleeve gripping onto my scythe,holding it outwards i twist the hilt so that the blades are facing towards you,sliding my right foot back i prepare myself to run forward,with my left hand i take hold of 6 shuriken and speak one more time"Ya know kid,Nagato would be mighty angry if i killed one of his pets,so lets see how much punishment you can take"With that i charge forward,as i charge i infused the shuriken with wind chakra giving them a faster speed and cutting power as i slide ym left hand into the sleeve and throw them towards you,as i get closer to coming into close range

(not sure if i need to post a wind technique to infuse wind chakra into a shuriken,also the shuriken would break your concentration with killing intent so by the time i reach short/close range killing intent would no longer play a factor)

-"Nagato's pets?? It's pretty hilarious to hear that from someone like you. So nagato ordered you to guard the village while he is away!" As he used killing intend, Mugen concentrates on his opponent's every single movement. watching his opponent moving quite freely He thinks to himself "Not much affect... As expected from an akatsuki". Mugen noticed the way his opponent is standing, it wasn't very tough to realize that he will charge at him soon. Mugen prepares himself as he replies, "I didn't know anyone from akatsuki talks that much. Don't talk as if you already killed me until you manage to do so." As you start running forward, Mugen noticed you channeling chakra into the shurikens which gave him more time to think for a counter. As the shurikens are flying towards him, he quickly releases a gust of wind which forms 6 small tornado and block each of the shurikens path reflecting them towards different direction. Then mugen quickly performs the following hand seals Snake → Ram → Monkey → Tiger and blows a flammable gas towards you. As you are inside the range of the gas, He shoots a ball of fire aiming you. just after releasing the fire, as it comes in contact with the gas from before, it ignites the gas and creates a large fire ball surrounding you, burning you heavily.

-Mugen, with his eyes, he easily notice you channeling chakra into the blade and as the flame slash heads towards him, He quickly thinks of a counter. It was clear that the opponent wants to turn it into a short range combat. In this current situation, water was the best choice for him. because the mist that the explosion will create will block the opponent's vision and that will give him just enough time to set up a trap. As he thought this, mugen released a spiraling torrent of water from his hands.The water collides with the fire and stops as it turns into a huge amount of mist. for a moment the mist will block your vision but soon it will head upwards clearing the battlefield.
Just after releasing the water, Mugen quickly performs 4 hand seals and creates a tunnel. The initial entry of the tunnel is 3 meter behind mugun and the other entry of the tunnel is just infront of him. But this side of the tunnel (which starts infront of him and is spread towards the direction you're coming) isn't open, it's covered by a thin layer of ground. It's just enough thick to hold it's own weight but will fall apart inside the tunnel if someone steps on it. The tunnel's redus is 3 meter and it's shape is much like an "U" where mugen is standing right in the middle Of the two entry. The tunnel is directly 10 meter deep.-

As my fire technique travels forth and takes out the wind i see a torrent of water hitting my fire,knowing what'd happen and not wanting to lose sight of my opponent i jump one metres into the air as the techniques clash creating a large ammount of steam as this happens i infused wind chakra into my blade and slash downwards infront of me sending a strong gust of wind hurtling towards steam which blows its all away and knocks to over,as you hit the ground i land i race towards you coming into close range swinging my scythe from right to left aiming for your chest

-After sending the water jutsu to block the incoming fire, Mugen notices you jumping above.
"Damn him, always one move ahead of me. I wonder what's he upto now".
Watching you jump, Mugen quickly creates a large pool of water infront of him. The water from the pool gushes upwards and blocks the incoming wind tech. Next moment, from the remaining water, He shoots numerous water bullets aiming at you. After hitting you you the bullets form a dragon above you and crushes you onto the ground.(since you were already close to ground, the impact won't have any deadly effect). As you're busy dealing with the dragon, Mugen creates a giant, boar-shaped, earthen lid above your head. which falls down on you crushing you in between the ground and the lid.

As my wind technique gets unleashed i see the water technique coming towards it,i tihnk to myself"Heh,this kid really doesnt want to play 1v1 close combat with me does he,after all that tough talk he's pretty good at keeping his distance,he fears akatsuki more then he lets on heh"As the water technique comes towards me i exhale a massive fire attack creating more steam and stopping the water technique before the bullets,without a handseal i raikiri appears in my left hand after my fire tchnique is unleashed,the raikiri then erupts into a thunderstorm of lightning infront of me annilating the entire area

(ive posted the raikiri as a technique because unlike chidori it doesnt require a handseal,so by doing it this way i dont need to make a handseal which gives me precious seconds,also i can use a raikiri for a chidori based attack,but the attacks power doesnt get any stronger this is just a way around the handseal requirement Lol)

- As mugen notices little brightness through the water, He thinks to himself " More fire eh? He seems quite disparate now. well let's see what he will do next". Mugen then quickly lowers the area you were standing. A three meter circled shaped ground around you is being lowered 15 meter bellow the ground level. As you're inside the hole, the fire jutsu of yours will have no place to head forward and will burn you inside the hole if you don't stop. After lowering the ground mugen slams his hand on the ground, and summons a huge amount of water right on the opening of the hole. As the water falls on you it crushes you onto the ground.-

Description: The user lowers or raises the ground in the surrounding area at high speeds, allowing them to create giant holes in the ground or avoid attacks. The size of the affected area as well as the depths that it is lowered to is up to the user and raising earth can be done up to 20 meters tall creating a small cliff or they can create trenches that can be as deep as 20 meters. Other than being moved below ground relative to the surrounding surface the terrain is not altered, plant life and people retaining their same position

Description: The user will slam their hands against then ground allowing him/her to summon a massive amount of water from the sky, crushing it into the opponent. If needed, the user can cancel the technique in an instant.
Note: The water needs to be summoned at least 10 meters above the opponent to have any real effect.

(You jumped only 1 meter's height so you will be back to the ground before using the fire tech. And one other thing, Raikiri is a stronger version or chidori, but that doesn't mean it requires no hand seal, most probably it's requirements are the same as a chidori. you should conferm it from any sensei or mod).

As i make the raikiri in my hand the ground beneath me drops out,as i fall about 2-3 metres i continuet with my thunderstorm jutsu annilating earth above me(this would include yourself) and blowing a massive ammount of earth outwards as i fall leaving a giant crater in the ground essentially making it so im only a few metres below the crater,i then cause a small pillar to rise me out of the small hole and into the large crater to see what happened to the guy i was fighting

(pretty much as im falling my lightning technique is annilating all the eartth above me so i wouldnt have falling debris,also youd have to dodge or get annilated along with the earth,but itd be pretty quick and with 1t sharingan idk how well your reactions are)
