Nicely done. Good Face shape, although as said above, the eye is too small. Also, if you increase the eyes size, make the sharingan stand out more. Looks alittle squished.

But I'm also new to drawing and always have the same mistakes as you xd. I wanted to share some of my Goku Drawings here, but my camera is broke -.-

May I add also, you made his facial expression almost perfect.
