Edo tensei? No way. Making him Kabuto's/Orochimaru's pawn (even if he can break out of it) will degrade his reputation to an enormous level. But he is bound to appear in the series.

Crazy theory I just thought about: what if the sage sealed a small amount of his chakra in the Tailed beasts so if the juubi was ever reunited he would appear, not getting revived, but at least appear like Minato did and release some info on the Juubi.It would be an interesting plot twist.

I hope we don't see him. I think it would absolutely destroy his purpose. If he is shown, it robs him of his mystique, and destroys the meaning of his existence in the story line. His existence is what drives the entire story, essentially. People act on legends about him. On their perspective of why he existed in the first place. Making him a real character would be horrible.

They destroy Madara storyline. He was totaly evil and now :/ unhappy guy.
