Guess it's more instinct than anything else when it comes to Kekkei Genkai. Haku could do Hyōton as a child and nobody taught him. Of course he had to train to gain more advanced techniques.

Due to Yamato having the DNA of Hashirama, it allows him to use the Woodstyle. As for how he knows how to use it, experimentation I guess? How the characters know how to use certain jutsu is a question you would have to ask Kishi, after all, he created it, not us. We can only tell you what we DO know, not that which we DON'T know. Make sense?

Obito learned because of Zetsu.
Danzo learned because he took the 1st's cells and trained with it for several years.
Yamato learned because he has trained with water and earth all his life and he is a direct descendant of the 1st.

You should be slapped for saying that Yamato is a direct descendant of Hashirama. He is Not a direct descendant of Hashirama. That's like saying that because Kakashi can use Sharingan, he's somehow a descendant of the Uchiha clan. Here you are asking if people even read the manga, and yet you yourself clearly haven't read it. Everyone knows that Yamato can use the Woodstyle because he has the DNA of Hashirama. He is one of Orochimaru's experiments.

Unless 90% of the base is wrong about Yamato, and unless Hashirama and Mito Uzumaki had a son named Yamato, and unless there is a chapter that states that Yamato is a direct descendant of Hashirama, you are wrong.

I know someone like Madara fought against the first hokage and could/could not use the sharingan or whatever he did to use the techniques but the point is he has seen these techniques. However, people like Danzo, Obito, and even Yamato should not be able to even know what techniques to use even if they have the DNA OR am i wrong?

I guess Obito could have been trained by Madara but with the rest, that's weird. Let me know what you think about this!

The DNA gives them the ability to use wood style. Madara is the only one that actually uses Hashirama's techs. Yamato may have had special training but aside from that he had to figure out wood style jutsu on his own. Obito hasn't show his wood style very much. It seems that he is only able to manipulate the part of his body that is made of hashirama cells. We'll see I guess.
