Well as u see, Sharingan takes a fixed amount of chakra when is active that's why the three tomoe sharingan is activated just when needed.
but users like Itachi have mastered it so advancely that his sharingan was activated everytime without any fatigue...
I think similarly Tobi had mastered his mang. at such stage that he can do kamui with 3 tomoe sharingan.Dont u remember Itachi casting tsukuyomi on kakashi in the first series with normal sharingan...

U COULD SAY THAT the right eye we used to see when obito wore a mask was belonging to somebody else and he put his right eye in the left socket[ so that it could stay hidden]

But just when he was about to go meet karin he thought

''''hey my original right eye should be in the right socket let me change it
hence he changed it and then used izanagi on his left eye which belonged to somebody else[guess nobody told him that they could make a mask having a eye hole to the left]]

According to kishi the correct explanation for y obito never suffered of blindness and y obito could use ms abilities while in 3 tomoe sharigan is ------- hashi dna-------------

Am I incorrect in saying that Obito Uchiha has the Mangekyou Sharingan? And am I correct in saying the ability he unlocked with the Mangekyou Sharingan is the Kamui? And Kamui of course is the jutsu that let's him transport parts of his body to his own little pocket universe with a very powerful Space-Time Ninjutsu. Now my question is, why was it just now revealed here in Chapter 598

Because Tobi/Obito has been seen transporting himself with Time-Space Ninjutsu with only his Sharingan activated. So does that mean he can use Kamui with his normal Sharingan? But how does that make sense?

You never actually see his sharingan when Kamui is activated. At least until they revealed that Tobi is Obito.
