Pretty Obvious and this isn't a theory, but a manga fact. The yin/yang Logic, Uchiha/Senju, and the Sage diving the chakra amongst his sons who also represent these universal energies are solid manga statements. But the base needs these threads. Yeah, I agree.

Anyway have you noticed how all Senju members are dressed in white while the Uchiha members are dressed in black?

that's very nicely put, about the baby part and since the sharingan is affiliated in lineage to the byakugan I think similar to hashi / mito joining , rikudou teamed up with a female byakugan(maybe) and that formed the elder sons eyes. or the elder son had some time with a byakugan lady...also about the dark and light for the sons....
the uchiha fan symbol is dark (at the top)meaning older which is over
and the bottom part is light, meaning younger, newer as in younger sonXD
