TOP Overrated and Underrated in Naruto

How is Kabuto overrated? It's hard to be overrated when you can solo anyone by clapping your hands.


How is Shino underrated? A fodder cant be underrated.




Jiraya is overrated not underrated. Alot of people think he can beat Itachi and that his in the top 10.

The people who "overrate" Itachi are trolls.
People honestly think that Sasuke can take SO6P and Juubi. He runs laps around the overrated list.

To be fair, Kakashi was going to warp a hole through the juubi's head to stop it and amaterasu made about a 6 foot tall hole in the toad mouth trap in part 1. I think it's plausible.

Well yeah. Anyone with amaterasu is EXTREMELY op. Anyone who isn't the fastest shinobi alive is going to be hit and burned to death by it. People also thinks it burns too slowly, but it turned sasuke's CM wing into ash in seconds and blew a hole through the toad mouth trap instantly (A feat jiraiya was surprised about).

Also, according to the manga and databook, as long as the totsuka blade can pierce the juubi, then yes, it could be beaten with minimum difficulty by Itachi. Seeing as how it's the only spiritual weapon we've ever come across, I'd say it more than possible.

That's just my take on it, however. Don't take it to heart.

Shikamaru, Lee and Gai especially are underrated. Gai is easily Akatsuki level when using 4th gate and above, and Lee when opening probably 6th gate above could be Akatsuki rank but to a lesser extent. Shikamaru is so smart, in Part I he was able to nearly kill Tayuya by mostly intelligence and further utilised this to hold his own against Hidan and Kakuzu combined for a while (IMO the strongest Akatsuki pair tied with Kisame and Itachi) and was even able to "kill" Hidan (though in Hidan's defense he was just retarded and slow). Neji is also a bit underrated.

almost all of Naruto's characters [2nd-7th Jinchuriki's included] are underrated with Naruto, Sasuke, Madara, Hashirama, Minato, Itachi, Hiruzen, Jiraiya, and some other names I forgot to mentioned who's abilities are shown to be top tier due to lack of characters development.

as for overrated, I'd go with Naruto, Itachi and Kakashi.

as for Hashirama, Madara and Itachi, their strength is somewhat idiotic and unstable. the horrible plot regarding them made it even more worse.
