So far as the story of Hashirama's FB is coming to an end we still have no clue on when exactly he encountered Mito? Madara turned evil and will leave the village and come and fight Hashirama at the valley of the end and still no Mito?

So Mito was just a random girl he found on the road and decided to marry quickly, having a son/daughter rapidely, see his granddaughter/son before dying?

Naw man I think he and Mito had a better relationship than that. I mean, she was a Jinchuuriki, and he had all that stuff going on with the Tailed Beasts, so I think there is some legitimate connection. But it's not in the manga yet, since it insists on focusing on Madara.

Madara knew Mito, the same woman who is supposed to have helped Hashirama during/after his battle against Madara by sealing Kyubi inside her, yet we've no clue about her existence when we're already somewhere near the battle at the VOTE?

It seems to me that there were a lot of clans interested in forming alliances when Konoha was established. It might have been true that there were also villages interested in forming alliances. Once Konoha's leadership was formed, Mito was probably part of an arranged marriage to form an alliance between the Land of Fire and Land of Whirlpools, or at least between two foreign villages.
