Does Hashirama regret not killing Tobirama?

No why would hashirama regret for not killing tobirama!! Although he agrees tobirama is/was/will be a total ass..but he won't kill him for that I guess!!

not sure about Sasuke and Izuna but Tobirama's action was well justified and he was able to sense evil intentions of Madara.
tobirama knew that Precaution is always better than cure... So he was right and wise one IMO considering for the safety of the village and along with his big brother

The problem is that Madara didn't have evil intentions, Hashirama won his trust. There was no reason for Tobirama to start mistrusting Madara/Uchiha clan. But the nigga couldnt let go of the past.

My bad, i didnt saw the left panel. My problem with Tobirama is not because he killed Izuna or mistrust Madara. But its that he mistrust the whole clan and even after Madara left, he kept discriminating them.

No worries bro its natural to like and dislike any characters because of something so its fine.. Tobirama was over concerned and cautious mainly because he grew up fighting war so its natural for him as well same for madara.

Treating all the clan based on one person opinion is not acceptable but consider this as well if tobirama was not acknowledged by other clans and Uchiha clan how woudl he have become second hokage???

It was because he had trust of Uchiha's as well so his method might be odd but he didn't hate Uchiha because he gave them important duty to look after the Konoha police force which is related to security
