Does Hashirama regret not killing Tobirama?

Is that the reason why he considers Itachi a better Shinobi? I think that Tobirama is responsible for alot of shit that is happening. Hashirama should have killed Tobirama, not because Madara asked him but because Tobirama was a danger to the peacedeal.

You expected Tobirama to let Izuna kill him? Izuna and Madara were on a path of self destruction; facing a superior foe and still refusing to back down.

Tobirama as Hokage was not about to sit back and allow the Uchiha's "Defect" come into play, he could have destroyed the Uchiha clan as Hokage but elected to use the Uchiha's said defect towards the betterment of the village as a whole.

He chose the best out of a bad situation.

No. Madara asks Hashi if he would kill his own brother. And clearly, he wouldn't. Hashirama remains silent, mortified. Plus, when he had the choice of killing himself or his brother, he chose himself. I doubt Hashirama would ever kill Tobirama just because he disagreed with his actions. Hashirama just isn't like that.

The clans were at war and killing each other equally, both at fault. Tobirama fought MS izuna and won fair and square. I understand that Madara would be upset about this, but the fact is Madara is just as guilty for killing Senju.

Alot of people are blaming Tobirama, when that is not warratned.

not sure about Sasuke and Izuna but Tobirama's action was well justified and he was able to sense evil intentions of Madara.
tobirama knew that Precaution is always better than cure... So he was right and wise one IMO considering for the safety of the village and along with his big brother

I agree, he killed Izuna fair and square and thats not the problem, the problem is that he is not willing to let go the past. Hell even Madara was working towards a better future and Tobirama was gossiping like a B.TCH about Uchiha this and Uchiha that.
