I feel bad for madara :(

he is caught in between to ideals. Also him giving hashi a choice was kind in his own way. It makes me wonder if he even intended for him to have to really make that choice. i believe the man simply feels all alone, he even knew no matter what he would never be hokage after hashi. bare in mind not even tobirama would go on to kill the uchiha like madara felt. The real conversation that was needed was between madara and tobirama. honestly if madara would have stayed no one short of the SO6P would have been able to crush to leaf.

Tobirama is pretty damn cold blooded but he was right to look down on madara. He is a bit unstable and if he were hokage he would probably try and take over the world. Many uchiha lost siblings like him and yet they don't trust madara and for a good reason

Of course Hashi goes blameless, even though it was he who offered Madara the position of Hokage without thinking of other factors. Because he was to quick to do this and then Tobirama showed him this, Madara got mad.

madara simply cared for his clan, and his honoring his brother wish to watch over them. i think madara was coming around to ideal of hashi until he heard them talking outside the window.

He could have gotten power hungry and do as he pleases. He only looked in the protection of people in the village. As he knew madara as only starting fights against the two clans nothing else.

He only wanted to make sure no other uchiha would become like madara he made them the police force hoping to control their hatred. He understood how uchihas awaken the sharingan so whywou,d he? He is a guy that is strict on rule you gotta remember that too. He was conserned of the villages saftey first.
