They probably arent... i was just pointing those things out . Though with kishi he always seem to like to tie things together in the story lol.

I once saw a man that had similar hair to me, how could I not see that he was obviously my real father?

Obito, Kakashi, Mabui and Minato's guards can all use space time jutsu. It's confirmed, Tobirama was unfaithful to his wife and cheated on her with a black women and an Uchiha, how else would Mabui and Obito be able to use space time jutsu right?

On a serious note; Space time jutsu is NOT a kekkei genkai, enough said. Basing a theory on such minor similarities is just as logical as saying that the Ramen Guy is Kakuzu's father because they both wear something on their heads.
