He really isn't. I don't get why people keep saying that. 'Hashi's to blame', no 'Tobirama's to blame' yadayada why can't madara own up to his own stupidity and mistakes? Why is everyone else being blamed for his trouble making? He's the original sasuke, never having to take the blame for anything because his action are always justified.

not exactly but his attitude is based off of the uchiha hatred, which tobirama plainly just to everyone a few chapters ago, he has no cooping capabilities, hashirama does. and now everybody is blaming tobirama for having a democracy to protect the village. blaming tobirama for an uchiha hatred issue is just a butt hurt insta fix for madara fan boys, nothing more, nothing less. tobirama could of been less harsh, but with madara as hokage, he( and most likely the rest of the senjus) would be most likely killed.
