What's the difference between a Global Mod and a Mod? What are their duties?

Global mods control all thread sections, and mods have specific section they have control of

One of the mods just posted on a someone's thread that was made earlier... Poor Foxsikes, the mod went hard on him for a miniscule reason IMO. Since your question was already answered, you should know that this is in the wrong section. Don't be surprised if a mod goes hard on you too!

They aren't dicks or ass muchers... They are normal people, i sometimes converse with them, and it is the exact same as a conversation with a normal human...

Most mods are as I stated before (not just including narutobase). Some aren't, and that's cool in my book. I've only had one altercation where I've held my ground against 2 Admins on this site, and they let me be.
