Hey all,

I was reading a lot of predictions and a lot of them seem to include this idea of Tobirama working on the edo tensei to bring back Izuna. I think that this would be a great addition to the story, but my only problem is that Izuna JUST got killed off in the last chapter. Would Kishi really have the next chapter trying to being him back? In my opinion, I think that's just poor writing..

But 'tis ANIME.

What do you guys think? Was Izuna just fodder?

That would be a shame, but what would even happen if they bring him back? I'm sure Izuna flip a shiz seeing the man who killed him in control of his dead body. And Izuna would have to be killed off AGAIN because we haven't seen or heard any evidence of him coming back at all.

Maybe Tobirama effed up when attempting to bring Izuna back and that's what drove Madara off the edge? But I feel like Hashirama wouldn't let this happen.

Anywho, let me know what you guys think! Edo Izuna, Yay/Nay?

Thanks! :bye:

I don't see Edo Izuna coming cause I think Madara killed Izuna so he won't ask Tobirama to bring him back.... :D :D

Well, if he was brought back, then he could turn Madara into a good guy, or at last make him disappear from Edo Tensei. It's looking that's about the only way he can be beat.

In Manga,
Izuna died a long ago even before the foundation of the village in comparison with the deaths of Madara, Hashirama and Tobirama who were of same age or younger/older with each other. I think that time Tobirama didn't even invented the jutsu (Edo Tensei) (since he got no encouragement for that from anyone)
So obtaining dna of Izuna or storing it without any reason (since he was dead) is not possible.
Conclusion : Izuna's not gonna be revived back in the manga.
In anime,
Since they are now infamous because of their fillers, they won't take a big risk by introducing Izuna in the anime because then they must deal with all the emotion, fighting as well as sealing stuff involved with the main villain (as of now) Madara.
Conclusion : Izuna's not gonna be revived back in the anime.

Izuna was stubborn and didn't want peace.... So I guess there is no chance that Izuna can make Madara have a change of heart.... :D :D

Okay just to clear the confusion now, what I meant by "fodder" is that he barely has any character development. Izuna's role as a character however, is very important to Madara's development as the villain of the series.

And in response:

My opinion is that Izuna will not be brought back either. I just really would love to see more of Izuna.. I mean come on Kishi basically dropped the ball on the last chapter with developing him. That's why I feel there IS a possibility, but it's unlikely since he just got killed off.

izuna died with no eyes, worst edo ever

Hahaha that's true! But I think a blind Izuna would still be very skilled. I guess what I'm really getting to is what made Madara come to terms with Hashirama? It would have to be something important, which brings up Izuna. I guess we'll find out tomorrow
