I don't think a drunk lee can use gates.

But 1 tail Naruto takes this. Sasuke was barely keeping up even with 3T activated.

Guys, this isnt one tail naruto vs 5 gates lee. This is comparing the powerups given by the two, to see if lee could realy beat madara.

5 gates. Kakashi part 1 tomoe 3 sharingan struggled to keep up with lees speed when gaara was was getting smacked around like a human pinball. 1 tails early tomoe 3 sharingan could keep up with keeping in mind he awakened it in the battle

Overall, if madara were to face two separate people with these powerups without MS, he would lose against the person with the 5 gates. He has much better chances at defeating someone in 1 a tailed cloak.
