i think why ichigo turns into the full hollow form is because he is fully compatible with it, which is why aizen wanted ichigo to develop his powers. because if he was a quincy, he could control the suit on and off. also, the vizards aren't fully compatible because they can only put the mask on and not the full suit like ichigo did. also the reason why ichigo got so strong against aizen was because ichigo's hollow and sword combined (which includes the destructive power of the hollow; explains how ichigo was able to destroy mountains)

i don't believe there will be a comeback, the next power-up for ichigo is a combination of a quincy and a shinigami(abilities), blut and stuff.
trust me its going to be flashy kubo must have been designing this for weeks now
