Most effective jutsu on tsunade

She needs chakra to regenerate and once her chakra system is destroyed she has no chakra so she can't regenerate.

She would have chakra just not a way to utilize it. Anyways If this technique was regeneration then it should've been able to regenerate anything from the scratch but if this is also dependent on some other thing then.....

I think OP jutsus (e.g. Jinton) are any shinobi's weakness. Long-range attacks are her most obvious weakness imo, i won't count genjutsu because it was never used against her and therefore its not safe to say she is resistant or has no counter for them.
