I was maxing out squats today for 510lbs, and I think I didn't have my form correct.. Holy shit balls dude my back hurts, hopefully it'll go away. Never doing squats again without a safety belt.

OffTopic: Trying to get a nice bum from them Squats. You feel me NB?

Squats are also good for Basketball, helps your vertical and helps with sprinting. You be dunkin in 6 months yoooo

I play sports football and basketball so it would be obvious i lift weights, lol 510 isn't much you should look at the records for lifting for teen that would be 5th place but you isn't much. Seems legit
