Kabuto was a vegetable at that point. Look at Sasuke thoughts: "what is a shinobi"? He was getting emotional after Itachis second "death", thats why his MS showed up.

Well there is one flaw in this theory.
You see Obito could use the rinnegan even after Nagato's revival.
Which means edo's eyes don't effect any other person who have borrowed their power.
And one more important thing.
If we go by your theory, then , sasuke should have lost his EMS just after itachi used his EMS and not after he used izanami and lost his eye.

They share the same source, and none of them had shut down the eyes power. If either one of them would seal away their eyes others would lose its power too. When itachi sealed his eye he had shut down the power of his eyes

Good idea, but I have an instant argument.

Edo Nagato, Edo Madara, Obito + Jins.

That's about 11 Rinnegan Eyes existing at the same time ( 7 from Obito, 2 from Nagato, 2 from Madara ) when there are only 2 Rinnegan eyes originally.

one question.. i know its not related to the topic but how did the edo jins have one fu*king sharingan and rinnegan... cuz they didnt have them wen they wrre alive . or did obito got them in a sale...XD

well lady fo u remember the manga chapter wen our sasuke activated his MS in front of the edo hokages 2nd clearly mentioned that it was a MS and he dscussed it wid his bros also..if sasuke didnt know he has activated hisEMS he wuld have been like OMG! WERES MY EMS MAN.. DID I JUST FU*KIN LOST IT...

- Sasuke is hiding his EMS away from the Hokages!
- Sasuke might not be feeling power hungry to unleash all his powers at once!
- Kishimoto might stop showing for awhile, since he might get the Rinnegan!
- Kishimoto will show his EMS once he heads to the battlefield!
