Those techniques insta kill Tsunade if they landed a direct hit. She also dies by decapitation.

Sakura has good chakra control due to which she can easily dispel Normal genjutsu as shown. Medical Ninja ninjas have good control over their chakra and Tsunade is the best Medical Nin., so I think only a very strong genjutsu will be effective on her

Agreed with most but Amaterasu, not so sure about that. Cant she just cut that part of her body like A did(shouldn,t be a problem if she has Byakuya)

Yes. It would sever her chakra network so she'll no longer be able to use chakra which she needs for that regeneration technique.

She needs chakra to regenerate and once her chakra system is destroyed she has no chakra so she can't regenerate.
