Whats the difference between expressing actual charcter bashing vs expressing your actual opinion about a character

Real Facts: Itachi has stamina issues. He can stay in a Susano'o for five minutes before he dies. (Hence it actually happened, not saying he stinks)

I would have to say that if you give a detailed reason, with no personal insults or vulgar language, it's fine. Also, if people disagree and debate maturely I see no problem. Making a topic saying they suck and spamming it with pics would be a no-no. It's safer not to make any topic though with a negative view on a character because they never remain proper.

There are 2 Complete Differences

First, expressing your opinion on a character is alright with most members. For Ex. "I don't like Sakura's Ninjutsu Use." That is an opinion.

But, If you just don't like the character, and repetitively hate on that character, then that is Character Bashing. For Ex. "Sakura is SOO USELESS! SHE SUCKS ASS!" That is character bashing.

Expressing your opinion is saying you how you feel in a controled way.
Character bashing is saying ridiculous things like Naruto can beat CS2 Sasuke without Rasengan and Kurama, just because you don't like Sasuke.

I have never heard of that rule. I guess it has to do with language.If you can keep it clean and back up your arguments, you should be able to say; certain characters suck.
