Orichimaru study jugo inorder to find his clan source of power to use snake sage mode.If jugo clan have the ability to use sage mode then it sage mode power will be link to other type of sage mode because jugo sage mode donot have a particular origin like toad and snake.
We have seen Hashirama perform a sage mode to activate budha 1000 hands jutsu.

I believe jugo clan can use any sage mode abilities since they are original clan for sage mode.This also make me believe the can perform budha 1000 hand jutsu ,Hydra from orichimaru ,toad sound genjutsu if he get to know the handseals

Hashi shishu senju, was not a SAGE tech, but a sage mode ENHANCED MOKUTON technique.

So far, jugo has not shown the ability to use sage techs, but rather use sage chakra to transform his body.

naruto can go a particular sage mode which associate with toad.Jugo clan is unknown with their origin of sage mode.Orichimaru use jugo sage mode to aquire an incomplete snake mode (not obtaining dragon sage mode)

First of all, Juugo came to Oro by himself in order to be helped with controlling his rage. There are no valid proofs, that Oro used Juugo to figure out, what natural energy is. Rather it's the opposite, Oro knew, why Juugo went on rage, so he could help him.

I could go into deep detail on, what Kabuto actually used Juugo's cells for, but you probably wouldn't care.. It's in the manga anyways.

Why would the other "sage modes" be connected with Juugo's? They are specific modes, that are only allowed, because the user has a certain contract with an animal, which he is allowed to summon.

For Hashi's case we do not know all the details, but just taking Naruto, it's quite obvious that Juugo will never learn to sing like toad. Besides it's a jutsu needing 2 "voices" to synchronize, so how the **** can he ever do that?

Hashirama's summons seem to be created of wood. How does a non-wood-element do that? Juugo talks to animals, not plants.

The Hydra Oro used is most likely not related to any sage mode. It is simply his strongest summoning jutsu, no Dragon mode there...
