(one thing i noticed just btw. you stated the ability was reckless but you gave it the solid rock effect. this may have just been a typo but if you really meant reckless then you'll take the full brunt of attacks from now on)

"swampert, use icebeam to dodge!" the man instructs and swampert blasts a ray of ice at the ground forming a slide before skidding down out of the range of rhyperior's attack. "bad move launching us like that. ryhperiors strength lies within its high physical attack and defence. even if you could launch a special attack it would be futile and weak." he taunted as he exploited his opponents weaknesses
