Do the uzumaki clan leader know about the sage orgins?

from the looks of it the uzumaki clan leader is far older then that of hashirama and madara and his hair is white and not red anymore so does he recall about the sages clan and how he got his rinnegan??

i dont think the sage had a clan, the manga clearly states the uchiha and senju dna was originally HIS dna, the blood flowing in his veins, he got the rinnegan from the juubi and by possessing the rinnegan, it passesed down to his descendants, that the only to get the rinnegan were to have the same dna like the sage had, maybe? maybe not besides the uzumaki elder was only seen once period so it wont matter anyway if he did

uzumaki is a branch of senju, so maybe they told each other

I'm sure the Uzumaki knew a lot more about the history of shinobi than the Senju and Uchiha. I say that because they're portrayed as some wise, almost holy legends. Legends with the ability to understand everything at a level that would be required to create the incredibly fuinjutsu they were famous for.

I can easily see that Bn true. The Uzumaki's where said to have long life spans, so the Uzu Clan could have been founded in the SO6P era. The Leader is always privy Clan Secret and History.
