The only thing I can say to you is do your part and hope to whatever god you believe in that she does hers. A relationship do not ever work if one person out of a party of two is doing everything. Try explaining why women who dress "appropriatly" still get harassed on the street. Men are pigs who show no self restrain. You think a girl dressing a certain way is an excuse for vial acts like rape and sexual harassment.

That's very ignorant of you. Since the dawn of society, women suffered being treated as inferior by men. Society promotes prostitution in several ways, the blame isn't necessarily on the girls themselves.

Its depends on the occasion, culture, age and personal preference. Everyone has they own idea on what is appropriate and what they feel comfortable wearing. If a girl wants to wear tight clothes cos she likes it then she can. Why should people and men have to judge her and say "shes asking for it" coz you dont know what kind of person she is. She could be a virgin and not even be interested in men and want to dress a certain way. Its no excuse for harassment.
