It depends which you watch first. If you watch the Japanese version with sub you will get used to their voices and when you watch the dub version you will find it weird and vice versa.

Dub is usually always good. Naruto's Dub, though, sucks, terribly. Easily one of, if not the worst I've heard.

I've seen DBZ dubbed in english and... i have to disagree with some of you: it was awfull!!!!

DBZ is the only anime i can watch dubbed... in portuguese, just because i grew up with it.
Everything else: original japanese voices.

PS: when i began watching Naruto it was the English dubbed version... it sucked hard!
