I don't ever remember seeing any of the zestu using wood style. So I'd say that he probably doesn't have it.

he tried it on yamato and it worked succesful probably because yamato knows how to use it.
then we have Obito who only is half with senju dna and he is able to use mokuton
now orochimaru with the zetsu body is full of Hashirama's dna as stated by Tobirama who can sense the cells
(too lazy to put pictures) also want to add something.
Orochimaru already used the cells to hold the hokages
wich means he is able to use it
just wait for the mokuton on the battlefield.

and danzo might have been trying these things before oro worked on yamato..
