After they return to konoha there rank will increase to be like this .

Shikamaru = jounin and general
Ino = special jounin
Choji = special jounin and guardian shinobi twelve
Tenten = special jounin
Naruto= hokage
Rock lee = jounin
Neji = jounin ( he's dead )
Sakura = elite jounin and hokage's right hand
Sai = anbu black ops leader
Hinata = jounin
Shino = anbu black ops
Kiba = special jounin


These ranks are what konoha11 deserve after the war arc .
I gave them what they deserve and your opinions are welcome too ..
